I'm not a professional or travel expert but i think that if you're seriously into adventure, i think you should try out white water rafting at the ganges (hrishikesh) or rapelling and rock-climbing at manali(himachal) and there's skiing at Auli. you should check out the several wildlife safaris as well. try incredibleindia.com
